In 2010, Alvin appeared on MasterChef Australia, where his quick wit made him a favourite. Since then, he’s been in demand; appearing on television, writing for magazines and making appearances at food events.

Alvin is excited to join forces with Blanco because, as he says, “…cooking should be a pleasure, not a chore”. He loves to see his experiments with Blanco appliances being shared and consumed with great gusto. Julie’s cooking credentials are impressive, she is the first winner of MasterChef Australia and the author of one of Australia’s largest selling cook books.
